- Gacha does not receive the payment for Collector-backed packs, operate a live buyback, fulfill physical shipments, set an independent market value, or promise a result.

Collector Crypt
- Responsible for
- Receives payment for Collector-backed packs; supplies the public catalog, odds, inventory, random result, NFT delivery, slab metadata and current provider options.
- Not represented as
- Collector-wide activity is not presented as a Gacha sale, and provider insured values are not presented as Gacha valuations or guaranteed resale amounts.
03Approval & public records
Solana & your wallet
- Responsible for
- Your wallet shows and signs the transaction. Solana records public addresses and transactions. Gacha independently checks the intended token, amount, recipient, memo and permitted instructions.
- Not represented as
- Connecting a wallet or signing a binder message cannot spend funds. Gacha never needs a seed phrase, private key, wallet password or verification code.

- A future approved provider must confirm custody, eligible destinations, identity requirements, shipping, insurance, taxes, tracking and claims.
- Not represented as
- Gacha does not currently collect addresses or identity documents, accept redemption fees, or initiate a physical shipment.

WHAT THE SITE CHECKS.
Gacha does not publish its own replacement odds or choose a winning card in the browser. It validates provider data and preserves the terms accepted for a purchase.

The pack page loads Collector’s public machine, availability, tier odds, insured bands and current inventory.

Validation
All four tier probabilities must be numbers between 0% and 100% and total 100%. A non-zero tier with no stock closes the pack instead of silently changing the odds.

Terms snapshot
Price, product type, odds, insured bands, stock and capture time are saved to the purchase reference before wallet approval.

Confirmed result only
The reveal unlocks only from a confirmed provider delivery to the same wallet. Gacha does not insert a fake result, near miss, or automatic repeat purchase.
Current limit: Gacha has not independently audited Collector’s random selection implementation and does not claim that it is cryptographically verifiable. The checks above verify the published inputs, accepted terms and delivered result—not the provider’s internal random-number generator.
