Understand Collector-backed pack payments and recover an existing receipt. Check the pack page for current checkout availability.
Connect, don’t transfer.
Use a compatible Solana wallet. Connecting shares your public address; it is not a payment. Private binder sign-in uses a separate message, not a spending approval.
USDC for the pack. SOL for fees.
The pack page shows Collector’s USDC list price. SOL covers network fees. Shipping is separate. A balance check cannot tell you the full fee without the exact validated transaction.
See the exact cost before signing.
When activated, Gacha creates one purchase reference, verifies the USDC mint, amount, approved recipient, permitted instructions, fee payer, mainnet simulation, and exact network fee—then shows them for review.
Only the checked transaction can submit.
Your wallet opens only after validation. Gacha rejects changed transaction instructions, a changed amount or recipient, an invalid signature, and any submission without the matching saved receipt.
Use your wallet’s browser.
Open your wallet app’s built-in browser and enter www.trygacha.app. Check the domain before connecting. In Phantom, mobile connections work within its in-app browser.

Reject unexpected warnings, recipients, or amounts. After a timeout, closed tab, or rejected signature, use the saved receipt before starting again. Gacha blocks concurrent attempts and reuses a recorded submission instead of sending it twice.
Pause or set a pack limit.
The Trust Center provides device-level cooling-off and maximum pack-price controls. Pack pages honor them, but clearing browser data or switching devices can remove them.

Save the receipt link and check your wallet before trying again. “Resume this opening” uses the existing purchase reference. It does not charge you again. A pending record is not proof of payment or a confirmed failure.
Never share a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, or verification code. Gacha support does not need them.
