1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using Gacha, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. A parent or guardian should review these terms for younger users.
2. Direct collectible purchases
The website’s pack room uses Collector Crypt’s catalog and purchase service. New payments are currently paused while payment routing and fulfillment responsibilities are finalized. When activated, pack payments will use real USDC on Solana plus a separately displayed network fee and require your wallet approval.
Before opening the wallet, Gacha validates the exact USDC mint and amount, approved recipient, permitted transaction instructions, fee payer, mainnet simulation, and network fee. You must still review the same amount and recipient in your wallet before signing. Never send funds manually to an address from a message or support reply.
Outcomes are random. The collectible may be worth less than the purchase price. Published insured-value ranges are not guaranteed resale prices or returns. Displayed foil artwork represents the pack and is not a promise of a particular card. No automatic buyback is enabled.
3. Delivery, recovery, and app items
Collector Crypt processes payment and collectible delivery. Receipt pages display its recorded status and public transaction links; they do not continuously verify current ownership. Keep your receipt reference and check an unconfirmed purchase before paying again. Do not assume that closing this website cancels a signed or submitted transaction.
Physical custody, redemption, shipping availability, fees and provider refunds are governed by the fulfiller’s applicable service terms. Gacha’s redemption page is currently an inspection and readiness experience only: it does not accept a shipping address, identity document, fee, card transfer or shipment request. Do not send funds, cards or personal documents manually. If activated, the complete destination eligibility, identity requirements, shipping, handling, insurance, taxes, ownership change and claim process must be shown before confirmation.
Games and auctions marked as previews are not purchasable here. The iPhone app’s virtual Sparks and gameplay items are separate from website USDC purchases and do not represent money or guaranteed real-world value.
4. Fair, eligible and responsible use
Do not misuse Gacha, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive activity, exploit bugs, impersonate others, upload malicious code, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Randomized paid products will not be activated until Gacha has published the applicable age and geographic eligibility rules following qualified review. Do not use a paid feature where it is prohibited. Device-level cooling-off and pack-price controls are optional safeguards, not bank or wallet limits; clearing site data or using another device can remove them. An active cooling-off period cannot be shortened through the Gacha interface.
5. Availability and changes
Gacha is under active development. We may add, change, suspend, reset, or discontinue features, virtual items, balances, odds, events, or access. We do not promise that locally stored progress will always be recoverable or compatible with future versions.
6. Intellectual property
Gacha’s original software, branding, interface, text, and original artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, card imagery, grading marks, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
7. Feedback
If you send ideas or feedback, you give us permission to use them to improve Gacha without an obligation to compensate you. You remain responsible for ensuring that anything you submit does not violate another person’s rights.
8. Disclaimers
Gacha is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of content, preservation of local data, future App Store approval, or that every error will be corrected.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gacha and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, access, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
