Open My purchases to see references saved in this browser. A delivered collectible NFT is sent to your Solana wallet. The saved list is not a live ownership check; it can include cancelled or unconfirmed attempts.
My payment is taking a while. What should I do?
Open your saved receipt and check its status before paying again. Once payment is confirmed, Resume this opening continues that same purchase without a second payment. Send support the receipt reference if it remains unresolved.
How do I buy a pack?
New purchases are currently paused while partner and payment checks are completed. You can still browse actual cards and published odds. Each pack has an optional read-only USDC and SOL balance checklist. No balance check authorizes payment.
Can I get the physical card or a refund?
Open Shipping & redemption to inspect explicit provider eligibility, ownership and activation status. Requests are currently paused: Gacha does not collect addresses, fees or identity documents. Collector Crypt still controls any currently available provider redemption or refund. Contact support with your receipt; never share a seed phrase.
How do collection sync and favorites work?
Connect your wallet to look up current holdings. Verify it with a free message signature to access private folders, favorites, a synced wishlist, set goals and purchase history across devices. Public showcases remain opt-in.
How do I check fairness or pause purchases?
Open the Trust Center to see Gacha’s role, Collector’s role, the exact pack-data checks, value definitions, wallet warnings, and device-level cooling-off and pack-price controls. These local controls can be removed by clearing browser data or using another device.
How do I delete my data?
Clearing site data removes the local receipt list, not synced folders, on-chain transactions, or NFTs. You can remove or unpublish folders in My Collection. Contact info@trygacha.app to request deletion of server-stored binder or launch signup information. Save important receipt links first. In the iPhone app, use Settings → Delete All My Data for local gameplay progress.
What does Game Center do?
On supported Apple devices, Game Center can power achievements and leaderboards. Apple manages your Game Center identity under its own terms and privacy policy.
